This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PinoSports is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by requiring a new acceptance at your next login. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
